ACCELERATING VALUE: MORE FOR YOUR MONEY WITH OUTCOMES-BASED CONTRACTING
Imagine that the football team includes players who are focused on differing goals: some are focused on getting the ball to the end-zone, but another may be focused just on running yards.). With competing goals, the team becomes inefficient, running too many plays, accruing too many mistakes (fouls), and sometimes even running the wrong direction.
