The fireworks over health care reform are over. Sweeping federal legislation was approved and upheld by the Supreme Court, regulatory implementation proceeds, and stakeholders are making key decisions that will impact the entire nation. In fact, beyond its immediate effects on the individual and small-group market, the Accountable Care Act has unleashed private-sector forces of change that are already affecting the benefit distribution model.
Will these changes be evolutionary, or revolutionary?
