Because we want your experience and that of others to be enjoyable and informative, we ask you to adhere to our Guidelines. Site members violating these guidelines will be denied access.

   No selling. Forums are not to be used to promote benefit providers' products or services. This goes for product-specific promotions and general "why you should offer this-that benefit." The moderators will use their discretion to determine what is and is not promotional.
3. United States laws apply.
   
   • No libel.You can express an opinion: "I think the people at XYZ Company could provide better customer service." Avoid writing: "The people at XYZ Company are incompetent."

4. Information should be accurate.
   Discussions offer rich access to a wide range of information. However, Benefitnews.com cannot vouch for the accuracy or quality of individual postings. Please do your own research to validate information gathered here.
