There are many areas from which an employee benefits firm can draw its strength, but an expertly-run agency doesn't just focus on one offering or service characteristic. In order to grow and succeed a firm must strike a balance in several key areas.
Employee Benefit Adviser brings together some of the industry's brightest lights in firm management to talk about finding a niche market, hiring a good team and making technology a core business value. The panel also discusses advisers' changing role in employer and employee communications, and explains why it's never too early to begin planning your company's long-term strategy.
