Stakeholders call for end to excise tax and FSA limits

In a letter to congressional leaders, The American Benefits Council, along with more than a dozen other organizations, called on lawmakers to either do away with their proposed excise tax on employee benefits and FSA limitations or make a series of modifications. Council President Jim Klein discusses acceptable solutions and the likelihood that they'll be followed.
