Dr. Steven Schwartz, research director of behavioral science & data analytics, at HealthMedia sat down with Associate Editor Kathleen Koster to discuss how employers can attain a culture of health within their organization. While attending the Benefits Forum & Expo in Atlanta, Ga., Schwartz spoke on the importance and trickiness of employing incentives to create a healthier workforce. “You have to move the individual from being motivated by that monetary reward to something that is much more intrinsic,” he explained.
