Most people know what they have to do to stay healthy, yet many people don’t successfully maintain a healthy lifestyle. Why? Because most people are influenced by cognitive biases that make it difficult to adopt and sustain healthy behaviors. Join us for a discussion on behavioral economics, and how these principles can be applied to move people toward healthy behaviors and drive sustained engagement in health and well-being programs.

Attendees will learn how:

  • Proven approaches using behavioral economics have increased program success by more than 30 percent
  • Intermittent reinforcement, where consumers don’t know upfront what type of reward they will receive, increases engagement
  • Personalized reinforcement treats individuals as individuals…it’s not “one size fits all”
  • Optimization occurs by finding each individual’s lowest economic threshold for behavior change, without sacrificing engagement

  • Keynote Speaker:
