Quest Diagnostics recently conducted an extensive 3-year study that resulted in substantial ROI findings plus insights and findings into future claims and costs. The study is based on Quest Diagnostics own Blueprint for Wellness program offered to employees. Blueprint for Wellness provides diagnostic information and data-driven services that change behavior as part of an overall program to control healthcare costs and improve productivity. Findings from the study include:

• Collecting and sharing laboratory data and health measures results on a positive return on investment.
• Biometric and laboratory test results are important for predicting future claims expenses and costs.
