Organizational network analysis (ONA) is similar to an x-ray, providing a view into an organizations internal workings to help management understand how work really gets done. With that view in hand, the necessary changes can be made to help achieve results, whether it is talent management or adherence to an employee wellness program.
ONA helps to identify how information flows within an organization and who the most connected / influential players are. For a successful program roll-out or internal change, these individuals would have to be engaged and encouraged to participate. Even physicians are believed to be influenced in this manner as a Journal of the American Informatics Association report indicated doctors interest and use in EMRs is whether their friends use them.
In this webinar, we will discuss more in depth how a network analysis is performed, what insights are found, and how employers can use them to help promote internal program and manage talent effectively.
